visual note taking made easy

sketchnotes

think in pictures and transform your notes

Engage in the rich process of sketching what’s in your head. Link ideas and concepts to create layers of meaning to your story telling. Thinking visually will help memory retention, comprehension and provide an outlet for your creative self-expression to shine.

think visually

and make sense of the world around you.

By creating a sketchnote you can visualise and simplify complex information. That means if you feel overwhelmed and need to make sense of something try using sketchnotes as a visual sense-making tool to unpack, understand and then creatively express what you’ve learned.

who am i

Hi there! My name is Libbi and I'm a lover of calligraphy, hand lettering and illustration. If you put those together, it would describe my favourite passion of all—sketchnotes.

I help visual note-takers make sense of the world around them using sketchnotes. I specialise in lecture-based sketchnotes for education, experienced-based sketchnotes for reflection and visual sense-making sketchnotes that promotes clarity to a reflexive creative practice.

With a Doctor of Visual Arts my interests lie within the realms of teaching and exploring creative and engaging learning techniques.

Sketchnoting aids in memory retention, comprehension, and self-expression. My focus is not on perfection (that causes procrastination) but on experiencing a flow state for optimal learning.

Let me show you how to use sketchnotes to make sense of situations and create clarity in decision-making.
